QC Turnover Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Turnover Coordinator to join our team. The QC Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that our products documentation and turnover packages meet the highest quality standards. This role requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to excellent customer support.

Position Details

• OfficeBased Role Shop/Fab Yard environment
• 40 Hours per Week
• Location: Sexsmith Alberta
• Wage: $26$29 per hour
• Benefits after 3 months

Key Duties

• Turnover Build Create and organize turnover packages
• CrossReferencing Verify accuracy of drawings weld logs AB83s and QC documents
• Hydro Test Pack Support Assist with hydro test packs and digital recorder data (asset not required)
• Data Entry Enter QC and turnover data accurately
• Turnover Completion Finalize and submit complete turnover packages
• Scanning & Document Control Scan and organize project documentation

Requirements

• Quality Control Experience Experience in QC or a similar role
• Technical Knowledge Spool fab AB83s hydro test packs turnovers weld mapping & logging
• SpoolFab Experience Required
• Microsoft Outlook & Excel Strong working knowledge
• Teamwork Works well in a team setting
• Time Management Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• FastPaced Environment Able to perform well under pressure
• FullTime Availability Required
