Hybrid: 2 days a week in-office
Detailed Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Test Lead with strong expertise in Mortgage domain testing and hands-on experience in database validation and test automation. The candidate will be responsible for leading testing activities ensuring quality deliverables and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced delivery environment.
The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of mortgage processes within the banking domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end test planning execution and delivery
Perform database-level validation and data comparison to ensure data integrity
Design and implement test automation solutions/frameworks
Collaborate with business development and stakeholder teams for requirement analysis
Drive defect management reporting and QA governance
Mentor and guide junior QA team members
Top 3 Required Skills:
Strong Mortgage domain knowledge
Hands-on experience in DB-level comparison / data validation
Automation testing experience (any framework Selenium Cypress etc.)
Top 3 Preferred Skills:
Strong understanding of banking systems and data flows
Leadership and stakeholder communication skills
