Role Description

We are seeking a QA Project Manager with strong experience in project management and end-to-end testing delivery. The role involves managing functional and E2E testing initiatives coordinating with client leadership teams and ensuring high-quality delivery of testing programs across enterprise applications.

The candidate will be responsible for test strategy planning execution oversight stakeholder management risk mitigation and ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA project planning execution and delivery for enterprise applications
  
• Define and manage functional testing and E2E testing strategies
  
• Coordinate with client leadership teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  
• Provide solutions and recommendations for testing challenges and process improvements
  
• Manage project risks issues dependencies and mitigation plans
  
• Oversee test case design execution tracking and reporting activities
  
• Provide feedback to development teams on defects technical issues and troubleshooting
  
• Ensure alignment of testing activities with project timelines and business objectives
  
• Maintain project documentation reporting dashboards and status updates
  
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and testing methodologies
  

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience in Project Management or related roles
  
• Strong understanding of Functional Testing and E2E Testing processes
  
• Experience managing stakeholders including client leadership teams
  
• Strong communication leadership risk management and program strategy skills
  
• Hands-on experience in test planning design and execution
  
• Experience working with Jira and ALM tools
  
• Ability to provide technical and operational feedback to development teams
  

Good to Have

• PMP certification
  
• Experience in large-scale enterprise testing programs
