QA Performance Engineering Specialist

Job Description:

• The client envisions a performance engineering specialist attached to a Center of Excellence capable of designing planning and executing performance. The role involves analyzing the results and producing the associated quality deliverables.
  
• The recurring terms (support advise consultant standards dissemination) indicate a position of cross-functional influence with development teams rather than simply executing end-user scenarios. Integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and the DevOps cycle is central to the role: the candidate must be able to instrument the pipelines not just produce a load report at the end of the cycle. Resilience and application observability (e.g. Dynatrace) complement the mandate which is geared towards stability and performance at scale.
  
• This is a senior-level position with a key role in best practices tools and standards.
  

Required:

• Performance and load testing: design planning execution and analysis
  
• LoadRunner and Gatling (both)
  
• Integration of automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and the DevOps lifecycle
  
• Expert advisory role with multidisciplinary teams (senior level)
