Role Description
- Define and own end-to-end test strategy across functional integration system regression and UAT testing.
- Establish master test plans quality gates and entry/exit criteria in line with enterprise SDLC.
- Lead QA teams manage test resources environments and delivery milestones.
- Ensure full traceability from business requirements to test cases and defects.
- Oversee defect triage quality reporting and release readiness sign-off.
- Collaborate with product development and business stakeholders across Lines of Business (LOBs).
- Support QA automation CI/CD integration and continuous quality improvement.
Essential Skills
- 8 years of QA experience including leadership of large enterprise testing programs.
- Strong knowledge of QA governance test management and regulated environments (Insurance/BFSI).
- Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
- Exposure to test automation Agile/Hybrid delivery models and DevOps practices.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and offshore/onshore coordination skills.
