Q2- NAMORC- Oracle Fusion HCM OTL LCON Canada

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may need totravel to Toronto.
• Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• Conduct requirement gathering with HR OTL and business stakeholders
• Configure Time Entry Profiles Layout Sets Time Calculation Rules
• Define overtime shift and pay rules based on Canadian labor laws
• Manage timecard validations and approval workflows
• Integrate with Absence Management and Payroll
• Support UAT and production deployment
• Develop and support integrations (Time to OTL time clocks and other third-party systems)
• Work with HDL Fast Formula OTBI/BI Reports
• Troubleshoot integration and data issues
• Support data migration and automation
• Ensure compliance with provincial labor laws
• Configure statutory holidays overtime policies shift premiums
• Effectively discuss complex technology solutions to diverse audiences including technical business and management teams walkthrough of Business Process Specification documents Configuration Workbooks Testing Change Requests
• Lead customer discussions pertaining to integrations data migrations and reports related to OTL Absence Payroll and other relevant modules
• Apply comprehensive knowledge and experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Conference Room pilots (CRPs)/Playback sessions training content preparation and imparting Training
• Should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM for OTL modules
• Hands-on experience in working on Oracle OTL
• Hands on experience on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL) HCM Extract BI reporting Fast Formulae OTL batch loader.
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely technical business and management teams
• Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations data migrations and reports related to OTL Absences Payroll and other related modules
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Preparation of Status reports with RAG highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log

• Should have excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
• Should be an excellent planner when it comes to perform release planning and other delivery planning.
• Should have excellent problem-solving skills
• Responsible for Coaching and mentoring team members with experience of managing 5 team members
