Job Summary

Python Developer GenAI

Responsibilities

Build Pythonbased GenAI services using promptengineering techniques for:
- Functional and regression test case generation
- Negative boundary and edgecase coverage
- Secure code analysis and vulnerability remediation guidance
Design test and optimize prompt strategies for accuracy determinism and repeatability in enterprise environments.
Integrate GenAI workflows with CI/CD test frameworks and security tooling.
Implement guardrails to mitigate hallucinations promptinjection risks and dataleakage concerns.
Mentor engineers on responsible GenAI usage prompt patterns and modelevaluation practices.

MustHave Skills

Strong handson experience with Python (enterprisegrade productionready code).
Deep expertise in Prompt Engineering for GenAI use cases.
Experience applying GenAI to test automation and security/vulnerability remediation.
Strong understanding of SDLC QA processes and secure coding practices.
Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders in regulated BFSI environments.

NicetoHave Skills

Experience integrating GenAI with CI/CD test frameworks or security tooling.
Exposure to Responsible AI explainability and governance frameworks.
Prior experience in banking capital markets or financial services platforms.
Familiarity with DevSecOps or AIassisted quality engineering practices.
