Note: These responsibilities may vary based on the individuals needs and the care setting. Caregivers play a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of those they assist.

• Helping clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing dressing grooming toileting and mobility support as assigned.

• Planning and preparing nutritious meals and accommodating special diets.

• Assisting with medication reminders.

• Providing social interaction engaging in conversations and participating in activities to promote mental well-being.

• Performing light housekeeping tasks including cleaning laundry and maintaining a safe living environment.

• Assisting with transportation to medical appointments shopping and other errands as needed.

• Observing and reporting changes in the clients physical or mental condition to appropriate healthcare providers

• Create and maintain open communication with seniors their families and our staff

• Other duties as assigned may include additional tasks necessary to support the clients well-being and ensure the smooth operation of daily care
