What Youll Do Working closely with our Controller and Accounting Manager you will take ownership of financial reporting packages variance commentary and annual operating cost recoveries. Youll be the eyes and ears of our monthly reportsidentifying trends and helping management understand the story behind the numbers. Youll also be a key player during budget season and year-end audits.

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of full-cycle and property management accounting experience.

• A can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with Yardi Voyager (its a big plus!).

• A CPA designation (or the drive to finish one).
