If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision accountability and innovation matter wed love to hear from ManagementLead projects in partnership with business and technical leadersDevelop and manage project plans budgets schedules and resourcesCommunicate regularly with stakeholders and leadership regarding status risks and issuesAdhere to the firms project governance model with accountability for creating and maintaining standard project management artifacts (including charters schedules and resource plans)Own the release management cycle: schedule and coordinate releases across environments (UAT and Production) for assigned products/platformsManage deliverables including sprint plans updates on work items overall sprint status and release notesVendor ManagementCoordinate with vendors and implementation teams through all project phases to ensure that the configured solution meets the business and user needsQuality Assurance and User Acceptance TestingParticipate actively and lead QA/UAT planning and test execution including issue/bug documentation follow-up and re-testingGo-Live and Project-to-OperationsServe as the point person to train the trainers and maximize adoption through active engagement and support of usersProvide initial operation support during the go-live phase; serve as Tier 2 escalation point and respond to team and user questions and propose systems and training recommendations to leadershipTransition Tier 2 support to other Business and Technology Solutions/Operations team members including training and documentationCOMPETENCIESAnalysis Assess quantitative and qualitative data information or situations to understand the most important details identify patterns or meaning and translate it into useful recommendations decisions or actionsChange Management Create strategies plans and solutions that guide people and teams through change to ensure smooth transitions buy-in and sustained outcomesConsulting Conduct discovery plan and design solutions implement strategies and provide advice to stakeholders within the firm to solve challenges achieve target state and/or improve performanceProcess Improvement and Documentation Uncover understand document optimize and communicate processes to make them more efficient effective and consistentProject Management Plan coordinate execute and oversee projects balancing time resources and scope to achieve objectives support stakeholders and meet deadlinesRequirements Gathering Discover identify document and validate business needs to inform system or vendor selection solution development and/or project planningSystems Implementation Deploy and integrate systems to ensure smooth adoption and alignment with business needsKNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE3 years experience as a Project Manager is requiredExperience in investment management wealth management brokerage or related financial services environmentExperience as a Business Analyst Systems Analyst or a technical background is a plusSolid grasp and application of standard project management methodologies (Waterfall Agile and Scrum)Proven success working with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solutionsDemonstrated capacity to work within teams in a cross-functional environment as well as self-motivated to deliver on individual contributionsA keen eye for detail and focus on quality assurance testingArticulate and confident communicator both written and verbalEffective presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of the organization through clear informed and logical discussionsWHAT WE OFFERA culture of openness collaboration and respect is foundational to our firm.
