Project Manager
Job Summary
Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Project Manager on a permanent basis within the Major Projects Team.
This position requires on-site work and is based in Regina SK.
Were looking for an experienced project management professional who thrives in complex industrial environments and is passionate about delivering large-scale capital projects safely on time and within this role youll lead projects from initial feasibility through design construction and closeout while collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
What youll do:
Lead the planning execution monitoring and delivery of major capital projects ensuring alignment with project scope schedule budget quality and safety requirements.
Develop project scopes cost estimates schedules risk mitigation strategies and expenditure requests while managing engineering procurement and construction activities.
Oversee construction activities contractor performance and regulatory compliance while maintaining strong stakeholder communication and project governance.
Provide leadership mentorship and direction to project team members consultants contractors and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project closeout activities including documentation turnover lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Project Management & Capital Project Delivery and:
Have 10 years of progressively responsible experience in the petroleum refining energy or oil and gas industry leading medium to large-scale projects.
Have a Bachelors degree in Engineering Applied Science or a related discipline (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
Hold or are eligible to obtain a Professional Engineer (.) designation recognized by APEGS or an equivalent provincial regulatory body.
Demonstrate strong leadership stakeholder management construction management risk management and project execution capabilities.
Have experience managing engineering consultants contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
