Our Canadian West Property and Buildings team is looking for an experienced Project Manager - Property and Buildings to join our Canadian Operations in Vancouver Calgary or Edmonton.

Who are we looking for

• Lead Design-Build projects from planning through completion ensuring successful delivery by managing scope timelines budgets and stakeholder expectations. This role requires strong project leadership excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Managing small and medium-sized projects or supporting the delivery of larger complex projects.
• Developing and maintaining project execution plans schedules budgets forecasts and risk registers.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams across architecture structural civil mechanical electrical and specialty disciplines.
• Monitoring project scope schedule budget quality and risk to support successful delivery outcomes.
• Supporting client communications and serving as a day-to-day point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Coordinating with contractors subconsultants regulatory authorities and owner representatives throughout project delivery.
• Supporting procurement contract administration project controls and construction-phase services activities.
• Preparing project reports presentations status updates and project documentation.

What youll bring to the team:

• 5-10 years of project delivery experience within the buildings infrastructure industrial institutional or public-sector markets.
• Degree in Engineering Architecture Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing project scope schedule budget and risk.
• Understanding of project delivery methodologies and project governance principles.
• Experience supporting projects through planning design procurement construction and close-out phases.
• Strong communication stakeholder management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments and competing priorities.
• Working knowledge of project management tools financial management practices and project reporting requirements

Salary range: $85140 - $141900 per year. The posted salary rangerepresentsthe expected hiring range for GHD locations in its major citycentres. Ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At GHD base salary isdeterminedby your skills experiencequalificationsand work are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
