Project Director Green Hydrogen and Renewables

As Project Director Green Hydrogen & Renewables you will drive the development and delivery of large-scale innovative energy projects from early concept through execution and operational readiness. Working within a multidisciplinary engineering environment you will collaborate with internal experts and global partners to deliver bankable high-impact infrastructure that accelerates decarbonization.

• Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of utility-scale green hydrogen and renewable energy projects
• Define and implement project execution strategies aligned with business objectives and contractual commitments
• Drive projects toward Final Investment Decision (FID) and financial close while ensuring technical maturity and bankability
• Oversee engineering integration and EPC execution across all phases of the project lifecycle
• Manage full project performance including cost schedule quality risk margin and cash flow
• Lead negotiation of commercial agreements including PPAs hydrogen offtake and strategic partnerships
• Build and lead high-performing project teams while fostering a culture of safety governance and continuous improvement

• ability to lead large-scale engineering or energy infrastructure projects across full lifecycle stages
• aptitude for managing complex multi-stakeholder and multidisciplinary environments
• proficiency in commercial structuring contract negotiation and financial management
• ability to drive project performance with strong governance risk management and delivery discipline
