• Support Project Managers in coordinating restoration projects from start to finish.
• Communicate with customers insurance partners subcontractors and team members.
• Help keep schedules job files and project documentation organized and up to date.
• Monitor project progress and help ensure important information is communicated to the right people.
• Assist with customer updates and help create a positive customer experience.
• Support compliance reporting and administrative requirements throughout the life of a project.
• Help identify potential issues and ensure they are brought forward for resolution.
• Work closely with multiple departments to keep projects moving efficiently.

• Experience in restoration construction insurance or property claims.
• Experience supporting multiple projects or teams simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management or job management software.
• Strong documentation and file management skills.
