Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Program Manager to support cross-functional product development programs from concept through production release. The ideal candidate is highly organized detail-oriented and capable of coordinating activities across multiple functional teams. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop program management expertise in a fast-paced semiconductor environment. It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and tracking program schedules milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering Operations Supply Chain Packaging Test and Quality teams.
• Maintain project plans and action item registers.
• Track risks issues and key dependencies.
• Facilitate project meetings and document action items.
• Prepare weekly program status reports and management presentations.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) activities and phase-gate reviews.
• Escalate schedule resource or technical issues as appropriate.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• English proficiency is required including the ability to effectively communicate collaborate and perform job responsibilities in a professional business environment.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Operations or a related field.
• 0 to 3 years of project or program management experience.
• Strong organizational and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Project (or Jira).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment.

The annual base salary range for this role is $76470 $105120. The final offer is determined by factors such as location experience education and training.

In addition to base salary this role is eligible for a quarterly bonus tied to the achievement of innovation goalsreflecting our commitment to recognizing meaningful impact. We also offer equity grants providing a meaningful opportunity to share in the companys future growth and success.
