Program Director – Wireline Network Transformation, FTTH & Infrastructure Delivery

The Program Director will provide overall leadership and accountability for the Wireline Network Transformation & Delivery program ensuring achievement of business customer financial and operational objectives.

• Act as the primary executive interface for customer CXOs internal leadership teams and strategic partners building trusted relationships and driving business outcomes.
  
• Establish and lead program governance executive steering committees operational reviews and performance management frameworks.

• Drive execution excellence across wireline infrastructure build capacity expansion network modernization relocation programs and capital projects.
  
• Own executive escalations risk management issue resolution and business continuity planning ensuring timely mitigation of delivery operational and commercial risks.
  
• Ensure alignment across Engineering Operations Construction IT Finance Procurement Vendors and Partners.
  
• Own program financial performance including:

• 15 years of experience in Telecommunications Wireline Network Engineering Infrastructure Delivery or Managed Services.
  
• Proven leadership experience managing large-scale wireline engineering planning design and deployment programs with national or enterprise-wide scope.

• Extensive experience engaging with CXO-level stakeholders and leading executive governance forums.
  
• Strong commercial financial contract and risk management expertise.
  
• Strong leadership experience across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  
• Bachelors degree in Engineering Technology or a related discipline.
  
• MBA preferred.
  
• PMP PgMP or equivalent program management certification required.
