This is not a single-task warehouse role. Its a cross-trained position supporting both warehouse and production where quality safety and problem-solving matter as much as speed.

This role exists to make sure that happens. By keeping inventory accurate materials available and shipments correct and on time youll directly support our ability to deliver high-quality equipment to customers around the world.

At Dynamix Agitators Inc. we design and manufacture high-performance mixers and agitators for industrial process applications worldwide. Our customers operate in energy chemicals water treatment mining and natural resources.

• Youll receive inspect and verify incoming materials making sure quantities documentation and quality meet company requirements.
• Youll store and organize inventory so the warehouse runs efficiently and production always has what it needs.
• Youll pick stage kit and issue materials for manufacturing assembly and customer orders.
• Youll prepare package verify and load outbound shipments ensuring accuracy and compliance with packaging requirements.
• Youll perform receiving and pre-shipment quality checks and flag damaged or non-conforming materials.
• Youll work with the Production Coordinator and Supply Chain Specialist to resolve material inventory and shipment issues.
• Youll assist with annual inventory audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Youll pitch in on assembly and other operational activities as needed.
• Most importantly youll help maintain a clean organized and safe working environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards.

Youre organized you notice when something doesnt look right and you follow through on your commitments. You work well independently and as part of a team and youre comfortable reading and interpreting purchase orders packing slips work orders and shipping documents.

Youll be especially successful if you bring experience in receiving warehousing inventory control shipping manufacturing or production support. Experience with ERP inventory management or warehouse management systems is an asset.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 13 years of experience in receiving warehousing inventory control shipping manufacturing or production support preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to read and interpret purchase orders packing slips work orders and shipping documentation
• Strong organizational problem-solving and time-management skills
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
• Experience with ERP inventory or warehouse management systems (asset)
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it (asset)
• Commitment to safety quality accountability and continuous improvement

Physical requirements: The ability to lift move and handle materials safely; to stand walk bend and reach throughout the workday; and to work in a warehouse and manufacturing environment safely operating material handling equipment when authorized.
