Job Summary
Job Title: Production Support Analyst (Unix/Linux SQL Control-M ITRS Geneos Capital Markets)
Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments
Experience with ITRS Geneos Monitoring (or equivalent enterprise monitoring tools)
Hands-on experience with Control-M job scheduling and batch monitoring
Strong knowledge of SQL including querying troubleshooting and data analysis
Experience in incident management problem management and production support activities
Domain Expertise
Experience in Capital Markets domain
Prior exposure to supporting applications used by Trading Desks Front Office Middle Office or Quantitative teams
Understanding of trade lifecycle market data and financial products is highly preferred
Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with business users traders quants and technical teams
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered productivity solutions
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to Kubernetes and containerized environments
Experience with Grafana monitoring and observability tools
Working knowledge of Cloud technologies (Azure AWS or GCP)
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Shell Script or Python
