This is an opportunity for an experienced team leader to build their manufacturing leadership career while contributing directly to employee development and operational improvement. Youll play a key role in developing employees improving production performance and helping Mariposa continue to grow as a leader in the dairy DescriptionEmbody and promote companys core values (Integrity Growth and Resilience).People LeadershipLead coach and support production work and coordinate staffing based on production accountability teamwork and consistent and QualityEnsure employees follow health safety food safety and environmental safety and quality concerns ExecutionCoordinate daily production activities to meet schedule quality and output to downtime staffing challenges and production with maintenance and other departments to resolve operational ImprovementIdentify opportunities to reduce waste downtime and product Lean Manufacturing 5S and process improvement production results and communicate key operational other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support operational & Requirements Required:At least two years of leadership or supervisory experienceStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to coordinate multiple production prioritiesAvailability for the posted shift rotationBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and ERP systemsMaintain dependable attendance to support consistent production :Manufacturing or food production experienceExperience with automated packaging or palletizing equipmentWe recognize that candidates may not meet every qualification listed above.
