This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact by creating a dynamic 13-week rolling production plan that drives efficiency supports growth and enables smarter decision-making across the ResponsibilitiesEmbody and promotecompanys core values (Integrity Growth and Resilience).Production Planning & SchedulingTransform sales forecasts and customer demand into efficient production plans that support our service and growth and manage weekly and daily production schedules while balancing capacity labor requirements and planned ERP technology data analytics and continuous improvement principles to optimize planning & Materials PlanningEnsure the right materials are available at the right time by managing inventory lead times and production finished goods inventory to maintain high service levels while reducing excess stock and smarter inventory decisions through proactive planning and -Functional CollaborationPartner with Operations Quality Maintenance and Supply Chain teams to maximize efficiency and production resources and planning activities to support on-time production and customer to process improvement initiatives that strengthen operational Management & ReportingProactively identify and communicate risks that could impact production schedules material availability or customer planning insights and reports that support informed business planning performance and drive solutions that improve reliability and other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support operational QualificationsPost-secondary education in Supply Chain Management Operations Business Engineering or a related field.3 years of experience in production planning materials planning supply chain or manufacturing developing and managing production schedules in a manufacturing understanding of inventory management capacity planning and material requirements planning (MRP).Experience using ERP systems for planning and scheduling proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced QualificationsExperience in food manufacturing dairy manufacturing or another regulated production implementing or improving planning systems tools and with AI-powered planning tools predictive analytics or advanced planning recognize that candidates may not meet every qualification listed above.
