Production Manager (Construction)

When customers experience fire water or storm damage rebuilding their property is an important part of helping them move forward.

At ServiceMaster Restore of Winnipeg were looking for a Production Manager (Construction) to take ownership of our reconstruction operations from planning through project completion.

Youll lead a team of carpenters coordinate subcontractors and ensure projects are completed safely efficiently within budget and to our quality standards.

What Youll Do

  • Lead coach and develop our rebuild team
  • Lead reconstruction projects from planning to completion ensuring they are delivered safely on schedule within budget and to our quality standards
  • Build and manage relationships with subcontractors ensuring work is completed safely efficiently and to our quality standards
  • Coordinate employees materials permits and inspections
  • Monitor project costs labour productivity and subcontractor performance to support profitable project delivery
  • Conduct quality assurance inspections and address deficiencies promptly
  • Collaborate with customers trade partners suppliers Project Managers and internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Drive accountability operational excellence and continuous improvement
What Were Looking For

  • A leader who takes ownership follows through and maintains high standards for quality and professionalism
  • Strong communicator with a customer service mindset
  • Experience leading employees and coordinating subcontractors
  • Strong residential and commercial construction knowledge
  • Understanding of permits inspections and building codes
  • Strong planning organizational communication and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service
  • Valid drivers licence with a clean driving record
  • Experience managing multiple crews and projects is an asset
  • Restoration industry experience IICRC certifications or insurance industry experience are considered assets
