Elevate Recruitment & Staffing is hiring Production Operators for an established manufacturer running a clean highly regulated production environment. This is a hands on role where accuracy and consistency matter as much as speed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Weigh measure and dispense raw materials to production specifications
• Set up operate monitor and adjust production equipment including mixing filling sealing and packaging lines
• Review run specifications and configure machinery accordingly
• Complete secondary assembly and finishing steps on product as required
• Move and store materials using hand tools pallet jacks and accessory equipment such as pumps and conveyors
• Pull and label samples for quality testing
• Accurately record production and compliance data in logs production records and reports
• Clean dismantle and reassemble equipment following documented procedures
• Complete full line clearance and cleaning between runs to protect product integrity
• Follow all health safety and quality procedures and report issues to your supervisor immediately
• Meet daily production targets and quality standards
• Keep an organized work area

Must haves:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing/production environment
• Ability to comprehend and execute basic math skills
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to stand walk kneel squat bend and twistfor extended periods
• Great attention to detail skills
• Proficient in English reading writing and verbal

Nice to have:
Pharmaceutical food beverage cosmetics or personal care backgrounds
Working knowledge of GMP and production documentation is an asset

Work environment

Production and warehouse setting. Temperatures vary from cool to warm depending on the process and the season. Moderate to high noise levels. Exposure to fine particles allergens and product odours. PPE required at all times. High standards of personal hygiene are part of the job.
