Own the metrics: deliveries per order delivery date accuracy ship cost per unit and contribution profit per unit. Pull your own data and defend your own numbers.
A day in the life
You will spend your day between customers and builders. Mornings often start in the data checking how last weeks large orders actually shipped and where they fragmented. From there it is working sessions with fulfillment planning and fulfillment center engineering teams on requirements a review with operations leaders on the manual work still left in the flow and time with Amazon Business sales and customer teams on what large buyers are asking for.
