This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours based in Mississauga and performed exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like

• Develop and modify detailed 2D/3D engineering drawings stack ups using CAD software Catia.

• Ensure all drawings comply with industry and company standards including GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and ASME Y14.5.

• Collaborate with design engineers project managers and manufacturing teams to support the development of high-quality products.

• Maintain and update procedure documentation.

• Works autonomously with limited oversight. May provide input or guidance to lower level professionals with tasks and assignments.

• Influences others regarding policies practices and procedures.

• Comply with EH&S policy and applicable regulatory requirements

What do you need to be successful

• College diploma in Engineering Technology with minimum 8 years experience or Engineering Bachelors degree with minimum 5 years of experience.

• Proficiency in CAD software (experience with Catia highly preferred).

• Strong knowledge of drafting principles GD&T and industry standards.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Excellent communication (written and spoken) and teamwork skills.

• Microsoft 365 apps is an assets.

The salary range for this role is 78000 CAD - 122850 CAD . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
