What Youll Do

• Prepare work stations with materials and parts for Paint Technicians.
• Prep mask and tape vehicles for repair.
• Utilize paint supplies and materials in a practical and economical manner.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace completing a stall cleaning every day.
• Perform work with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with Lithia manufacturer standards
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Return equipment and tools to proper place.
• Review work completed to ensure highest standard of quality.
• Communicate with team members as is necessary to meet customer
• All other duties as assigned by leadership.

What Youll Bring

• 5 years of experience
• Automotive body shop experience
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Acceptable drivers abstract and a valid drivers license in your province of residence.
• Ability to reliably commute to work onsite in Markham Ontario

Reports To: Body Shop Manager

Position Availability: Additional role

Compensation Range: $60000-$90000 based on qualifications and experience
