Premium Finance & Collections Coordinator Remote within Canada

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Act as the key liaison between the Premium Finance and Collections teams ensuring seamless communication and workflow alignment.
• Coordinate processes related to cancellations reinstatements payment arrangements and delinquent accounts.
• Identify process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives documentation and training.
• Analyze trends prepare reporting insights and support operational dashboards and strategic initiatives.
• Assist with complex account resolutions system enhancements testing activities and stakeholder support.
• Support collection activities premium finance loan administration AR reporting and third-party agency placements.

The Value You Bring

• Post-secondary education in Business Accounting Finance or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in collections premium finance accounts receivable or related financial operations.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Strong attention to detail organizational skills and customer focus.
• Proficiency with business systems reporting tools and process documentation.
