• en recrutant des professionnels et professionnelles de la santé et en assurant leur intégration au sein du Réseau pour répondre aux besoins évolutifs des clients aux obligations contractuelles et à la fluctuation du volume des demandes;
• en prenant en charge leur formation sur la mission les produits les politiques et les procédures cliniques de GreenShield Santé; et
• en mettant en œuvre des initiatives visant à favoriser leur rétention au sein du Réseau.

GreenShield Healthis growingfastand the Practitioner Network Operations Team is currently looking for a conscientious and process-oriented individual who is passionate about working with potential and current members of theGreenShield HealthPractitioner Network - that is the practitioners who provide mental health support for all individuals who log intoGreenShield HealthTherapy every day.

• The mission of the Practitioner Network Operations (PNO) team is to ensure that theGreenShield HealthPractitioner Network is vibrant and robust. As a Practitioner Network Specialist you will support the team achieve our mission by:
  Recruiting and onboarding practitioners to fulfill evolving customer needs contractual obligations and fluctuatingvolume.
• Engaging and training theGreenShield HealthPractitioner Network with respect toGreenShield Healths mission product clinicalpoliciesand procedures; and
• Implementing retention initiatives toretainthe practitioners within our network.

WHO WERE LOOKING FOR

• Bilingual (English and French)
• Completion ofCollege diploma or University Degree in a related field.
• At least one yearof experience in a similar role.
• Previousexperience in a client or customer facing role.
• Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Strong ability toorganize information and synthesize key facts for reporting purposes.
• Ability to leadadministrative tasks (e.g. note taking booking on-boarding sessions).
• Confidence towork independently and within a team environment.
• Excellentorganizational and time management skills.
• Excellentdecision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in adynamic team environment and independently.
• Able to performmultiple concurrent tasks.
• Proven workethic able to take initiative and be self-directed.
• Proficiency withtechnology (e.g. MS Office and/or Google Suite).
• Proficiency inorganizing and arranging web-based meetings.
• Ability to leadand host internal and external meetings
