Job Summary
Ledcor is seeking Pipefitters to join our team for ongoing maintenance work in Suncor Baseplant Fort McMurray AB.

Essential Responsibilities:
Assist with the installation maintenance and repair of industrial piping systems
Measure cut fit align and assemble piping components
Assist with and performspool fabrication
Work closely with welders and other trades to prepare and align piping for welding
Perform flange assembly bolt-up hydrotesting and system checks
Support rigging and material handling activities
Read and interpret drawings isometrics and work packages
Work safely in industrial environments while following all site procedures and safety requirements
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications:
Journeyperson or registered Pipefitter apprentice (2nd Year or higher preferred)
Industrial construction maintenance shutdown or turnaround experience
Experience with bolt-up flanges valves and piping systems considered an asset
Rigging experienceand knowledge of proper rigging practices is highly desirable
Strong commitment to safety
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Valid drivers license
