Job Summary
Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Pharmacy Manager/Store Operatorto join our team at Clarkes Pharmacyin Thompson Focused Care Responsibilities: Lead coach and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient all pharmacy operations ensuring regulatory compliance dispensing inventory compounding clinical care and patient with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible patient effective communication scheduling team direction and implement new/updated policies and staff performance reviews and support with recruitment training and a positive work environment and ensure labor policies are with the Front Store team to enhance patient care and service offerings.
