Performance Test Engineer – LoadRunner

We are seeking a Performance Test Engineer with strong hands-on experience in LoadRunner to design execute and analyze performance tests for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have experience across different performance testing methodologies protocols performance analysis and CI/CD integration.

• Analyze non-functional requirements and define performance testing strategies aligned with application objectives.
  
• Design develop and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner (VuGen Controller and Analysis).
  
• Create workload models and simulate real-world user load scenarios.
  
• Conduct Load Stress Spike Endurance/Soak Scalability and Capacity testing.
  
• Develop performance test scripts for Web (HTTP/HTML) Web Services REST/SOAP APIs TruClient and other supported protocols.
  
• Execute performance tests and monitor application behavior under varying load conditions.
  
• Analyze test results and identify bottlenecks across application database middleware and infrastructure layers.
  
• Collaborate with developers DBAs and infrastructure teams on performance tuning and optimization.
  
• Prepare performance test reports with findings recommendations and improvement plans.
  
• Implement performance test automation and integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Support performance testing activities within Agile development environments.
