THE TEAM

The mission of the People & Culture Enablement Department is to define and drive the roadmap for the P&C strategy to fuel business success while propelling seamless execution of divisional operations.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our People & Culture Enablement team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to join a team that shapes how People & Culture operatessetting the standards strengthening execution and embedding operational excellence across a complex high-growth business. As the Senior Analyst / Analyst People & Culture Enablement you will support the delivery of the P&C vision and roadmap by coordinating work across the division contributing to the identification evaluation prioritization and resourcing of initiatives. You will contribute to the execution of divisionwide P&C initiatives help translate insights into actionable recommendations and support the development of clear relevant communications. This role offers strong exposure to business growth handson learning and meaningful development opportunities building a foundation for continued career progression as Aritzia grows.

THE ROLE

As the Senior Analyst / Analyst People & Culture Enablement you will support to:

• Identify prioritize and resource work across the division as well as track and manage progress.
• Help ensure divisionscale People & Culture programs are delivered consistently and to a high standard across all workplaces by supporting implementation and followthrough.
• Projectsupport and coordinate divisionwide and corporateimpact P&C initiatives contributing to disciplined execution from planning through implementation.
• Analyze People & Culture performance against strategic objectives and key results supporting the translation of insights into actionable recommendations.
• Develop and deliver clear businessrelevant communications supporting divisional understanding of priorities progress and outcomes.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Analyst / Analyst People & Culture Enablement has:

• Proven skills education and/or applicable certifications to perform in the role including:
  • Experience in a similar Human Resources / People & Culture operational role
  • Experience with Project Management
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzias Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $50000 - $150000 per year. Total compensation may include base bonus and/or equity depending on the role which has the potential to be greater than this range.
