We have both seasonal and permanent opportunities available across winter 2026. Positions start in December 2026.

Starting Rate of Pay:

First Cook: $25.85 per hour / Second Cook: $23.85 per hour / Third Cook: $22.45 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years.

Job Duties Include:

• Prepare and cook menu items for all Food & Beverage outlets including à la carte and buffet service while maintaining quality and consistency standards.
• Accurately prepare pastries and other food items according to recipes and procedures.
• Ensure all food is prepared handled and stored in accordance with food safety standards.
• Complete food safety requirements including temperature logs FIFO rotation and product labelling.
• Communicate effectively with Culinary Leadership and support efficient kitchen operations.
• Follow all health safety sanitation and hotel policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in the culinary field
• Diploma/Certification in a culinary discipline an asset
