About the Opportunity
A Vancouver corporate practice is seeking a partner-level lawyer with a strong M&A background to join its leadership team and continue building the firms corporate transactional practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex M&A and corporate transactions from origination to close

• Develop and manage significant client relationships

• Mentor and supervise associates on corporate matters

• Contribute to strategic growth of the corporate practice group

• Represent the firm in the broader business community

Qualifications

• Called to the Bar in British Columbia in good standing

• 10 years of experience in corporate/M&A law

• Demonstrated track record of client origination and portable business

• Strong negotiation and deal-management skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset suited to a growth-focused practice
