Location: McKenzie Corner 1286 McKenzie Ave. Victoria BC V8P 5P2We are currently seeking a Production Clerk to join our Root Cellar team! As a Production Clerk you will be responsible for various duties including preparing meat and deli in-house products while following recipes and food safety procedures to ensure consistent quality freshness and presentation.

• Ensure that product quality freshness and presentation meet our high standards.

• Follow all workplace and food safety policies and procedures.

• Prepare a variety of salads sandwiches sauces and ingredients.

• Stock displays to ensure adequate product levels in the department.

• Provide excellent customer service to our customers.

• The ability to perform repetitive tasks stand for long periods work in a cool environment and lift up to 50lbs.

• The ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a busy environment.

• The ability to work well within a team.

• Previous production or cooking experience is an asset but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude!

• Provide superior customer service.

• Be willing and available to work early morning shifts weekends and holidays.
