Part-Time Customer Service Guard Educational Facility (Day)

As a Campus Customer Service Security Guard there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with students professors and the general public in a post-secondary institution located at Toronto ON M5B 1Y2.

• Hourly wage: $19.28

• Part-Time Weekend Schedule: Must be available Saturday & Sunday: 11:00am-11:00pm

• Welcome visitors verify ID and provide directions

• Control building access

• Conduct foot patrols to identify risks

• Check security equipment and report issues

• Complete computer-based monitoring and reports

• Respond to incidents and provide first aid

• Write incident reports and communicate concerns

• Answer questions in person and by phone

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
• Must hold a valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Must have a valid WSIB Approved First Aid & CPR Level C Certification
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Minimum 1 year experience working in a customer service or concierge role
