Our clienta full-service litigation law firm islooking for an intermediate to senior Estate Litigation Paralegal to join their growing Estate Law group.

The Role

• Review and organization of file materials.
• Preparation of initial pleadings including Responses List of Documents Application material and Affidavits.
• Drafting and maintenance of file information summaries and chronologies.
• Analysis of wills trusts financial statements and other key documents.
• Tracking of deadlines and procedural requirements to ensure compliance.
• Assisting lawyers with discovery mediation and trial preparation.

Skills & Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited Paralegal program.
• 5 years of experience working in estate litigation
• Strong technical skills including proficiency with Word and Outlook.
• Strong verbal written and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a team player.
• A client-centred approach with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
• Effective time management and organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions.
