Now Hiring: Part-Time to Full Time Paint Sales Associate
Shepherds Hardware Ltd.
Are you creative customer-focused and passionate about home improvement and décor Join our team in the Paint Department and help customers bring their projects to life with expert advice color matching and beautiful product displays.
What Youll Do
Provide excellent customer service and project advice
Assist customers with paint selection and color matching
Share product knowledge on BeautiTone paint and home products
Maintain creative and inspiring merchandising displays
Keep the department organized stocked and visually appealing
Support customers with decorating ideas and solutions
What Were Looking For
Strong customer service skills
Paint or décor experience is an asset
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A creative eye for merchandising and displays
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
Position Details
Part-Time schedule (must be available to work):
Wednesday 9-6pm
Thursday 9-6pm
Friday 9-6pm
With the optional full time schedule of the additional days below:
Sat 9-6pm
Sunday 9:30-4pm
$20 $22 per hour (based on experience)
Flexible hours depending on part to full time options. Please state preference in your application.
