The Packaging Associate is responsible for supporting packaging operations in a safe efficient and compliant manner while maintaining product quality accurate documentation inventory accuracy and regulatory requirements. This role works collaboratively with team members and cross-functional departments to achieve production goals in a highly regulated manufacturing ResponsibilitiesFollow all Good Production Practices (GPP) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) quality standards and regulatory requirements including compliance with the Cannabis packaging activities safely efficiently and accurately while maintaining product quality and meeting production line clearances reconciliations in-process quality checks and all required documentation accurately and on accurate production records to support product traceability quality assurance and regulatory computers and electronic systems to complete production documentation access work instructions record production information and support daily inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records using company inventory management materials components and finished goods to ensure inventory accuracy and product a clean organized and inspection-ready work environment through proper cleaning sanitation material handling and waste disposal strong attention to detail to ensure product integrity consistency and compliance with quality and communicate safety quality inventory process or production concerns in a timely manner and support efforts to resolve collaboratively with team members and cross-functional departments to achieve production goals while maintaining a positive and respectful work to changing priorities and support multiple products processes and production areas as in continuous improvement 5S workplace organization and operational excellence reliability accountability and a commitment to safety quality attendance and productivity & SkillsPrevious experience in a manufacturing packaging production or warehouse environment is considered an machine operation considered an assetAbility to follow written and verbal instructions attention to detail and commitment to using computers production software and electronic documentation with inventory management ERP warehouse or inventory tracking systems is an communication and teamwork to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced to safety compliance and continuous performing repetitive tasks and standing for extended to lift up to 50 lbs when with GPP quality systems and regulated manufacturing environments is an asset.
