Package Gas Dispatcher (Temporary)

As a Package Gas Dispatcher you will:

• Analyze the customer demand and ensuring accuracy of the distribution plan which details customer needs product and equipment availability geographical position and delivery optimization using logistics KPIs

• Review truck utilization according to their maximal capacity

• Work closely with other departments to ensure prompt customer service

• Analyze aspects: consumption usage patterns location etc. customer trends and recommending supply mode based on various logistics aspects: consumption usage patterns location etc.

• Maintain the master data accuracy in the system

• Ensuring a follow-up of the activity: Validating and confirming the drivers operations (customer number truck and trailer identification numbers tank level delivered product mileage drivers name etc.) and reviewing the performance of trips and taking actions to correct and improve efficiency

• Reviewing the delivery routes and clusters on a regular basis in order to optimize the distribution network.

• Safety: Knowing respecting and promoting a safety culture at the office and Distribution Centre. Attending safety meetings. Promoting a safe working environment

• Shipping and receiving of shipments to and from customers as well as other branches.

• Audit and refine GMP protocols to guarantee regulatory compliance and quality control during medical product distribution.

Education: High School Diploma required

Professional Experience:

• 1- 4 years of experience in a related logistics domain is required

• Experience in industrial gas chemical manufacturing or a similar process driven industry is highly preferred.

Technical skills and other competencies:

• Software Proficiency: Skilled in utilizing computer programs and databases including Google Suite Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word) and specialized industrial databases.

• Logistics Systems: Familiarity or experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

• Analytical Capability: Strong analytical critical thinking and statistical skills with an understanding of basic finance and management principles.

• Process Excellence: Knowledge of Continuous Improvement Methodologies to help optimize workflows.
