Primary Responsibilities:

• Research initiate and implement sales strategies to grow the commercial tire business.
• Complete necessary follow up with customers and continually update customer requirements purchases and buying levels.
• Support customers by providing product pricing recommending products and arranging timely deliveries to meet their needs.
• Ensure that all products are billed accurately to the customer and process all necessary information in the computer system.
• Participate in local trade shows fleet surveys industry associations and customer training.
• Prepare input into Fountain Tire forecasts for light truck medium truck and OTR tires for store.
• Participate in all safety initiatives as required or assigned to guarantee safety at Fountain Tire including customers and staff on the road site or field.
• Complete assigned e-learning and safety courses and adhering to standards and policies as described in learning modules.
• Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts.
  
  

What does it take to get on track

• Experience in the automotive sales and tire industry is an asset
• Effective listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide recommendations
• Working knowledge of passenger light truck and specialty tires and mechanical services
• Must possess a valid drivers license and be able to provide a satisfactory passenger or commercial Drivers Abstract
• Excellent customer service and a great attitude are a must
