Outside Account Manager

Role and Responsibilities 

• Comprehensive product and product application knowledge in target market segment 

• Able to prospect new customers and increase sale with existing accounts 

• Process customer orders to completion including pricing substitutions (if required) and sourcing additional information  

• Maintain existing accounts and build/strengthen customer relationships by evaluating customers needs and being the value added solution provider 

• Identify customer requirements and provide profitable solutions and close the sale 

• Actively engage with customers at EMCO events trade shows and other industry activities 

• Monitor customer satisfaction and provide prompt professional conflict resolution 

• Work closely with the inside sales team  

Qualifications :

Requirements 

• College Diploma or equivalent   

• High level of detail orientation and organization: able to prioritize deadlines 

• Positive can-do attitude 

• Ability to work well in a supportive team based environment 

• Strong work ethic and high regard to customer service 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers vendors and teammates 

• Industry related product knowledge 

• Sales experience 

Additional Information :

Salary Range: $55000 - $60000 Uncapped Commission
