Occupational Therapist Role Flexible Scheduling New Graduates are welcome!

In this role of Occupational Therapist you will provide community visits to assess the abilities and needs of individuals while working with multidisciplinary teams and equipment vendors to facilitate function. Client groups receiving treatment may include pediatrics for in-home or school services and/or adults with medical/health concerns.

- Analyze environmental factorsphysical cultural social and institutionalthat impact occupational performance.
- Develop and adjust client-centered plans in partnership with clients and other professionals.
- Use evidence-based problem-solving and judgment to address unique client needs.
- Build rapport with clients and their families ensuring trust and mutual understanding in the services provided.
- Maintain professional and accurate client records in compliance with ParaMeds policies and regulatory standards.
What Youll Bring
- Current registration (in good standing) with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists.
- Open to new graduates with active licensure.
- ADP authorization is an asset.
- Strong critical thinking problem-solving and client-focused communication skills.
- Knowledge of community resources to support clients and families.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (within the last 12 months).
- Valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS).
