SaskEnergy has adopted the Prosci/ADKAR methodology for Organizational Change Management (OCM). The Organizational Change Manager will support OCM efforts on select business-related initiatives and IT projects by creating and delivering OCM deliverables in alignment with the Prosci/ADKAR methodology and best practices.

This role focuses on the creation of organizational change management work products and deliverables for distribution to the project team project manager and/or business lead and deployment through assigned project sponsors. The Organizational Change Manager functionally reports to the Project Manager for the assigned project.

• Prepare for change by working with the project team through the Project Manager and/or Business Lead to understand the project and assess the magnitude of change from the current state to post-implementation.
• Maintain project documentation related to organizational change management activities according to SaskEnergy project standards and guidance.
• Follow the Prosci/ADKAR methodology and standards set out by Change and Business Solutions to deliver OCM for project(s) and initiative(s).
• Facilitate discussions to gather analyze and understand stakeholders and the full impacts of change.
• Identify a set of actionable and targeted OCM activities and efforts to be integrated into the overall project plan.
• Develop required OCM deliverables including but not limited to:

- Change Management Strategy - Change Management Plan - Communication Plan - Sponsor Engagement & Reports - Training Plan - Reinforcement Plan - Resistance Management Plan

• Conduct readiness assessments evaluate results identify risks/issues/anticipated points of resistance and make actionable recommendations.
• Work independently and collaboratively with project team members as required.
• Engage in knowledge sharing to ensure progressive realization of improvements within change management standards.

• Formal training in Change Management with Prosci/ADKAR Certification (proof of certification required).

• Demonstrated experience delivering OCM content and supporting enterprise-wide OCM initiatives.
• Experience leading Change Management on IT projects and digital transformation initiatives with an understanding of technical impacts on users.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall) to align change initiatives with project timelines.
• Gas industry / utility knowledge or experience with Natural Gas Transmission & Storage companies.
• Knowledge of Change Management Frameworks and best practices.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to prepare and deliver updates training and workshops.

• Must be located in and able to work full-time on-site at the SaskEnergy Head Office in Regina SK (Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not permitted.
• A clear Criminal Reference Check (CRC) conducted within the last 6 months prior to starting is required.
