Job Description
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle CC&B / C2M
- Expertise in doing at least 3 implementations of Oracle Customer Care and Billing
- Should be able to work as independent support consultant in support project
- Strong product knowledge of Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) or C2M including design development configuration and enhancements.
- Deep understanding of the Meter-to-Cash flow/Billing.
- Strong knowledge of SQL.
