As a Team Lead Procurement you will manage a team of Associate and Intermediate-level supply chain professionals responsible for lifecycle procurement activities for systems equipment and materials. Youll oversee packages of low to medium complexity and may personally lead high-impact complex procurements requiring strategic oversight and cross-functional collaboration.

This role is pivotal in ensuring safety schedule adherence cost optimization and maximizing Industrial and Technological Benefits (ITB) throughout the Design & Manufacturing (D&M) phase.

• Procurement Execution: Ensure consistent high-quality procurement practices across all lifecycle stages.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement strategies with program goals.

• Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to drive performance and accountability.

• Team Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing team through engagement skill-building and competency development.

• Reporting: Provide structured and ad hoc reporting to support organizational visibility and decision-making.

• Post-secondary education in business or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of supply chain experience in industrial manufacturing or construction environments.

• Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving results.

• Strong background in:

  • Supplier performance management (safety quality delivery cost)

  • Contracting principles and competitive bidding law

  • Project management scheduling and change management

  • Stakeholder engagement and cross-functional communication

• Excellent communication skills clear concise and professional.
