Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager are are accountable for the overall management and coordination of daily operations to ensure safe efficient and high-quality execution of services. This role supports FLINTs success by driving operational excellence fostering strong client and vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with all safety quality and legislative standards. 

What would you be doing 

• Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee daily operations (shop and field) to meet production quality cost and schedule targets.
• Convert business priorities into actionable plans while driving continuous improvement efficiency and cost control.
• Manage relationships with clients vendors and contractors including negotiations and issue resolution.
• Lead workforce activities including scheduling supervision training performance management and HR collaboration.

Qualifications :

• Brings 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance construction or shutdown operations with a proven ability to manage operations safely and efficiently.
• Demonstrates strong leadership coaching and team development skills while fostering a safe collaborative and respectful work environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
• Strong planning organizing decision-making and meeting facilitation skills.
• Holds relevant education (trade certification or degree) with project management training (PMP) and journeyman certification as assets.

Additional Information :

This position has been identified as a safety-sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing. 

Target Salary: $75.00 per hour
