DynaIndustrial is looking for a highly motivated Operations Manager to lead our Regina branch operations. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an individual who enjoys balancing people leadership operational excellence customer service and business performance in a fast-paced industrial environment.

As Operations Manager you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day branch operations overseeing production schedules supporting customer commitments leading Shop Managers and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with project teams production leaders and executive management to ensure safe efficient and profitable operations.

What Youll Do

• Lead branch operations and production scheduling activities.
• Ensure customer projects are delivered safely on time and to quality expectations.
• Monitor workloads capacity labour utilization and operational performance.
• Support quoting planning forecasting and operational reporting activities.
• Develop and mentor Shop Managers and operations staff.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Promote a strong culture of safety accountability teamwork and customer service.
• Collaborate with leaders across engineering purchasing project management quality and production teams.

What Were Looking For

• Leadership experience within manufacturing machining fabrication industrial services or a related field.
• Strong operational planning scheduling and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple priorities.
• Sound business and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality excellence.
• Experience with ERP systems and production management software is an asset.
