As a Seasonal Associate youll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support daily operations Manage inventory stock replenishment order fulfillment and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising Ensure the store reflects Sephoras brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora standards Follow company policies and help create a clean safe secure and enjoyable shopping experience for all.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary with an expected schedule of 014 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
• British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday September 6th
• All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday September 7th

Qualifications/Experience

• Some experience in a retail hospitality or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to efficiently complete job tasks.
• Ability to support outstanding client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.20 - CAD$22.60/hr. The final pay offered will depend on various factors including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual and any additional non-discriminatory legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
