WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Experience

• A law degree.

• Membership in good standing withthe Law Society of Ontario Law Society of British Columbia and/or Law Society of Alberta.

• A minimum of 6yearsof practical related in-house and/or private practice experience in Construction.

• The ability to give a clearbusiness-drivenanswer under time pressure and stand behind it.

• Comfortoperatingwith autonomy. Our lawyers areindependentby design and run their own mandates.

Specialized Expertise

• Draft review and negotiate a wide range of agreements including CCDC contracts EPCMs engineering services agreements and other complex construction and development contracts.

• Advise on legal risk project structuring procurement strategy (including open RFPs) and execution across the full project lifecyclefrom pre-development to post-construction.

• Advise and negotiate P3/infrastructure agreements including concession design-build-finance-maintain and operations contracts.

• Experience advising on and negotiating outsourcing supply chain technology supply and licensing agreements and cloud services agreements would be considered an asset.

• Experience supporting supply chain and procurement processes and issues including RFTs RFPs RFIs RFQs and any related contract disputes would also be considered an asset.

• Toronto Ontario. Remote elsewhere in Canada is also acceptable.
