Job Summary

  • Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processing
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Support daily accounting and bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks Online
  • Reconcile invoices statements and supporting documentation
  • Assist with filing record management and administrative projects
  • Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
  • Create and edit documents using Microsoft Word
  • Provide general administrative support to the Controller and Head Office team
  • Help ensure financial information is entered accurately and on time

Qualifications :

  • Previous office administration or accounting experience
  • Experience working with QuickBooks Online
  • Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support the team wherever needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Accounting bookkeeping or business administration education is considered an asset
  • Experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
  • Experience working in a multi-location retail or wholesale environment is an asset

Compensation for this position will range depending upon skills abilities and relevant knowledge or experience.
